3 Objectives

  1. Describe the importance of an interdisciplinary clinical group using validated assessment scaled when working with patients and families facing severe dementia and end of life.
  2. Use two (2) validated assessment scales to quantify advanced dementia and end of life.
  3. Identify three functions affected in advanced (severe) dementia (FAST 7a-7f).
